血清和糖皮质激素诱导的蛋白激酶1与高血压关系的研究进展

摘要 高血压是患病率高、危害大的慢性疾病,当前全球近1/7的人有高血压[1]。高血压在全球已成为不容忽视的公共卫生问题。高血压发病机制复杂,与环境因素、遗传因素有关[1],遗传因素是引起高血压的关键。近些年,研究人员发现部分基因与高血压相关,尤其是血清和糖皮质激素诱导的蛋白激酶1(serum- and glucocorticoid-induced protein kinase 1,SGK1)对高血压发生发展及靶器官损害起重要作用。
