墨粉用苯丙-聚酯接枝树脂的研究

摘要 将含有双反应性单体的苯丙预聚体与含有一定量高酸值软侧链单体的聚酯单体进行接枝反应,制备得到一种墨粉用苯丙-聚酯接枝树脂。采用凝胶渗透色谱仪、示差差扫描量热仪、毛细管流变仪、带电量测试仪、摩擦实验机和密度仪分析了接枝树脂及其对应墨粉的带电量、带电稳定性以及低温定影性。结果表明添加一定量高酸值软侧链单体可以提高接枝树脂的带电量和低温定影性,苯丙预聚体的引入可以提高接枝树脂的高温带电稳定性,当苯丙预聚体的峰值分子质量(MP)为5 000~12 000时,接枝树脂具有良好的低温定影性。 The styrene acrylic polyester graft resin for toner was prepared by grafting a styrene acrylic prepolymer containing dual reactive monomers with a certain amount of high acid value soft side chain monomers onto polyester monomers.The gel permeation chromatography,differential scanning calorimetry,capillary rheometer,charge tester,friction tester and densitometer were used to analyze the charge,charge stability and low temperature fixing performance of the grafted resin and its corresponding toner.The results showed that adding a certain amount of high acid value soft side chain monomers could improve the charge capacity and low-temperature fixing performance of the grafted resin.At the same time,the introduction of styrene acrylic prepolymer could improve the high-temperature charge stability of grafted resin.When the molecular weight peak value(MP)of styrene acrylic prepolymer was between 5000 and 12000,the grafted resin had good low-temperature fixing performance.
