摘要
深中通道项目在“广东省交通工程质量监督平台”和“交通工程项目电子档案标准及系统研究”的背景下,面对海量的工程资料和巨大的管理难度,贯彻落实电子档案前置管理的理念,搭设电子档案全域管理体系及成套关键技术研究整体框架,践行事前计划、事中实践、事后总结,采取竣工文件编制办法、工程表格规范化、电子档案首件制、档案节点预验收、项目档案工作评比等多项先进管理措施,研究海量数据归档、“四性”保障、长期保存等关键技术。
In the context of the "Guangdong Province Transportation Engineering Quality Supervision Platform" and "Research onElectronic Record Standards and Systems for Transportation Engineering Projects", the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge project faces avast number of engineering data and immense management difficulties. By implementing the concept of pre-management ofelectronic archives, it establishes a universal management system for electronic archives and an overall framework for complete setof key technology research. This involves proactive planning, practice during the project, and post-project summaries. Severaladvanced management measures are adopted, such as compiling project completion documents, standardizing engineering forms,first article inspection of electronic archives, pre-acceptance of archival nodes and project archival work assessment. The projectalso conducts research on key technologies such as archiving massive data, ensuring the "four characteristics" (authenticity,integrity, usability and security) of archives and long-term preservation.
