摘要
干部人事档案是干部成长、发展的历史纪实材料,是组织人事部门了解、培养、考察、选拔干部的重要参考,也是干部兑现工资福利待遇的重要依据。干部人事档案专项审核工作中对参加工作时间的认定还存在一些难点,而鲜有文献对此进行系统论述。笔者分别对不同历史时期、不同身份条件下,诸多参加工作时间不一致的情况做了深入探讨和认定,并创造性地提出了认定对策,对新时期做好干部人事档案专项审核工作具有重要现实意义。
Cadre personnel archives are historical documentary materials for the growth and development of cadres, importantreference for organizational personnel department to understand, cultivate, inspect and select cadres, and an important basis forcadres to fulfill their salary and welfare benefits. There are still some difficulties in identifying the working time in the specialreview of cadre personnel archives. However, there is little systematic literature on this topic. The paper has conducted in-depthexploration and identification of many situations where the working time is inconsistent in different historical periods and underdifferent identity conditions. And it creatively proposes identification strategies, which is of great practical significance to do a goodjob in the special review of cadre personnel archives in the new era.
