扶元固本方穴位贴敷联合脐灸对肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏症状、睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Acupoint Application of Fuyuan Guben Formula Combined with Navel Moxibustion on Cancer-Related Fatigue and Sleep Quality in Patients Receiving Chemotherapy for Lung Cancer

目的观察扶元固本方穴位贴敷联合脐灸对肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏症状、睡眠质量的影响,为改善肺癌化疗所致癌因性疲乏、睡眠质量差提供参考。方法选取2022年8月—2023年2月本院治疗的肺癌化疗患者86例为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组43例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上使用扶元固本方穴位贴敷联合脐灸进行治疗。持续治疗至患者化疗周期结束,比较两组癌因性疲乏评分、睡眠质量评分、生存质量评分。结果治疗后观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗后的癌因性疲乏评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗后的睡眠质量评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗后的生活质量各项评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论扶元固本方穴位贴敷联合脐灸在临床上有良好的疗效,能明显降低肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏评分,改善睡眠质量,同时提高患者的生活质量,值得临床上借鉴研究。

Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application of Fuyuan Guben Formula combined with navel moxibustion on cancer-related fatigue and sleep quality in the patients receiving chemotherapy for lung cancer.Methods A total of 86 patients receiving chemotherapy for lung cancer in Weihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to February 2023 were selected and assigned into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received acupoint application of Fuyuan Guben Formula combined with navel moxibustion on the basis of the therapy in the control group.The treatment lasted until the end of the chemotherapy cycle.The scores of cancer-related fatigue,sleep quality,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the observation group had lower scores of cancer-related fatigue and sleep quality and higher score of quality of life than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupoint application of Fuyuan Guben Fang combined with navel moxibustion has good clinical efficacy.This therapy can significantly reduce cancer-related fatigue and improve the sleep quality and quality of life in the lung cancer patients receiving chemotherapy,being worthy of learning and researching in clinical practice.
