序贯式中医护理方案在慢性阻塞性肺病痰热壅肺型患者中的应用

Application of Sequential Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Scheme in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(Syndrome of Phlegm-Heat Obstructing Lung)

目的探讨序贯式中医护理方案在慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)痰热壅肺型患者中的应用效果。方法收集2019年01月—2021年12月在南京市中医院急救医学科住院治疗符合标准的60名COPD痰热壅肺型患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规治疗护理方案,观察组在此基础上采用序贯式中医护理方案。对两组患者干预后2周、4周的中医症状护理效果进行评价,干预后12周的运动耐力及肺功能指标进行调查比较。结果干预后2周、4周,观察组中医症状护理效果评价均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);干预后12周,观察组运动耐力及肺功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论序贯式中医护理方案可有效减轻COPD痰热壅肺型患者的中医症状,提升患者的运动耐力,改善其肺功能。

Objective To explore the application effect of sequential traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing scheme in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD,syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung).Methods A total of 60 COPD patients with the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung and hospitalized in the Department of Emergency Medicine,Nanjing Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021 were enrolled in this study according to the inclusion criteria.The patients were assigned by the random number table method into an observation group(n=30)and a control group(n=30).The control group received routine nursing scheme,and the observation group received sequential TCM nursing scheme on the basis of the therapy in the control group.The nursing effects in the two groups were evaluated based on TCM symptoms after 2 and 4 weeks.The exercise endurance and pulmonary function of the patients after 12 weeks of nursing were investigated by a questionnaire.Results After 2 and 4 weeks of intervention,the nursing effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After 12 weeks of intervention,the exercise endurance and lung function indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Sequential TCM nursing scheme can mitigate the TCM symptoms and improve the exercise endurance and pulmonary function of the COPD patients with the syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung.
