建设“四强”党支部夯实农业科研单位高质量发展基础——以C研究所为例

BUILDING STRONG PARTY BRANCHES TO CONSOLIDATE THE HIGH QUALITY DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION OF AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH INSTITUTES——TAKING C RESEARCH INSTITUTE AS AN EXAMPLE

政治功能强、支部班子强、党员队伍强、作用发挥强是新时代党建工作的新标准。农业科研单位既是新时代党建工作的具体执行者,也是农业科技创新发展的重要推动者。对照“四强”标准开展党支部建设,是夯实农业科研单位高质量发展基础的重要途径。文章以C研究所为例,在分析“四强”党支部建设的实践探索和存在问题的基础上,提出优化“四强”党支部建设的对策建议,以期为同类农业科研单位提供参考与借鉴。

Strong political function,strong branch team,strong Party members,and strong role performance(hereinafter referred to as the"Four Strong")are the new standards for Party building work in the new era.Agricultural research institutes are not only the specific executors of Party building work in the new era,but also important promoters of agricultural scientific and technological innovation and development.Carrying out Party branch construction in accordance with the"Four Strong"standards is an important way to consolidate the foundation for high-quality development of agricultural research institutes.Based on the analysis of the practical exploration and existing problems in the construction of the"Four Strong"Party branch,this article took C Research Institute as an example,proposed countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the construction of the"Four Strong"Party branch,so as to provide references for similar agricultural research institutes.
