Research on the Practice of Smart Library in the Past Ten Years: Progress, Dilemma and Outlet

[目的/意义]结合我国智慧图书馆十年实践研究情况,从文献研究视角切入,分析我国智慧图书馆的实践进展、困境并探寻出路。[方法/过程]综合利用检索工具对我国2013—2022年关于智慧图书馆在实践层面的数据进行检索与筛选,通过对数据内容的抽取与整合,从智慧服务、智慧管理、智慧空间、智慧馆员、新一代服务平台、配套制度体系等6个方面进行梳理,并分析其面临的困境,探寻未来发展出路。[结果/结论 ]研究发现:国内智慧图书馆的实践内容涉及维度广泛、主体类型多样、地域层级辐射广、应用技术类型丰富,取得一定的实践进展。但由于面临诸多问题,当前智慧图书馆的建设不够系统、不够深入、不够均衡,陷入相对停滞的困境。后续实践建设和理论研究需要对现存问题困境开展针对性的工作和探讨。

[Purpose/Significance] Combined with the practice of smart library in the past ten years, this paper investigates the relevant literature, analyzes the practice progress, dilemma, and explores the outlet of smart library in China. [Method/Process] A comprehensive retrieval tool was used to search and select the data on smart library practice from 2013 to 2022. Through the extraction and integration of the data content, this paper reviewed the practical progress of Chinese smart library in the past ten years from six dimensions, including smart service, smart management, smart space, smart librarian, new generation service platform, and supporting system, and analyzed the difficulties. [Result/Conclusion] The research shows that the development of smart library in China has made some practical progress, and its practice content involves a wide range of dimensions, diverse subject types, wide regional radiation and types of application technology. However, due to many problems in practice, the current construction of smart library is not systematic, not in-depth, unbalanced, and relatively stagnant. Subsequent practical construction and theoretical research need to carry out targeted work and focus on the existing problems and dilemmas.
