摘要
开放教育资源(OER)有助于促进教育的公平性和包容性,高校图书馆开展OER服务能有效提高开放资源的利用和普及。文章以20所英国高校图书馆为调研对象,采用文献分析法、网络调研法对图书馆官网栏目设置、服务内容、服务培训等方面进行调研,旨在了解国外OER服务现状,总结英国高校图书馆OER服务的经验做法,提出我国高校图书馆OER服务应从树立资源开放意识、开展专业服务培训、建设特色共享平台等方面进行优化和完善,以促进知识共享和协作,提升服务质量。
Open educational resources help to promote the equity and inclusiveness of education,and carrying out OER service in university libraries can effectively improve the utilization and popularization of open resources.This paper takes 20 university libraries in the UK as research objects,adopts the method of literature analysis and online research to investigate the library official website column settings,service contents,service training and other aspects,aiming at understanding the current situation of OER service in foreign countries and summarizing the experience and practice of OER service in British university libraries.In order to promote knowledge sharing and cooperation and improve service quality,OER service of Chinese university libraries should be optimized and perfected from the aspects of resource opening consciousness,professional service training and characteristic sharing platform.
