摘要
本研究基于Bronfenbrenner的生态系统理论和高校外语教师学术研修动机框架,通过混合研究方法,将学术关系动机、内在需求动机、政策支持动机、学术象征动机和学术情境动机放置在微观、中观、外层和宏观4个生态系统中,建构了“五因子—四系统”的高校外语教师学术研修动机生态模型。文末提出了从不同生态系统层面激发和增强教师学术研修动机的途径。
Drawn upon the Bronfenbrenner's ecological systems theory and the university foreign language teachers'motivation for academic training motivation framework,the current study encompassed five training motivations,namely academic contact,internal needs,policy support,academic symbolism and academic positioning,within ecological systems at the macro,exo,meso,and micro levels.It utilized the mixed-methods approach to construct the“five-factor,four-system”ecological model of university foreign language teachers'motivation for academic training.The paper is then concluded with approaches to stimulating and enhancing the teachers'academic training motivation in light of diverse ecological systems.
