云共同体负面情绪人际调节策略研究

摘要 本研究通过学员日志和叙事问卷对产出导向法云共同体建设初期学员负面情绪开展调查,探究云共同体促研团队有效的情绪调节策略。研究发现,在共同体运作初期,学员最显著的三项负面情绪体验为:学习负荷带来的焦虑感、对共同体严格管理制度的抵触情绪以及因个体关照不足而产生的失落情绪。云共同体促研团队通过改变学习情境(活动难度和形式调整)、认知参与(硬性规约、柔性示范、做中领悟)和情感参与(情感回应、情感传递)三类情绪调节策略,降低和消解了学员的负面情绪。在大型的线上专业学习共同体建设初期,应重视成员情绪,提升学习活动的临场感,建立双向流通的信息和情感渠道,促进成员间的理解和情感互动。 By analyzing reflective journals and narrative questionnaire,this study probed into teacher-learners'negative emotions in the early stage of a Production-Oriented Approach Cloud Community and explored the intrapersonal emotion regulation strategies of its facilitator team.The findings reveal that in the early stage of the Cloud Community,the mostsalient negative emotions experienced by the teacherlearners are anxiety in participating the learning activity under earthly pressure,dislike for rigid institutional restraints and compulsory duties,and disappointment for negligence of their individual needs.The three effective emotion regulation strategies employed by its facilitator team are(1)situation modification through adjustment in difficulty and mode of learning activities,(2)engagement in teacher-learners'cognitive reappraisal through stipulating,modeling and guided experiencing,and(3)engagement in teacher-learners'emotions transforming through feedbacking and inspiring.The findings imply that in the early stage of building a large-scale online professional learning community,it is necessary to enhance the learners'engagement in learning activities and to establish reciprocal communicative channels to promote mutual understanding and emotional interconnectedness between learners and facilitators.
