摘要
本研究以产出导向法云共同体为研究场域,通过对2位学员为期6个月反思日志的分析,揭示了学员反思能力变化的4对指征,即从“笔记型”转向“讨论型”,从“理解型”转向“应用型”,从“反思教学”转向“反思教学和研究”,从“内向型”转向“内—外向结合型”。这4对指征表明学员的反思深度加深,反思广度拓展。上述变化与促研员所采取的促进反思策略密切相关,主要包括纠偏溯源、链式引导和共情反馈。该研究结果对当前虚拟教研室建设有着积极启示。
With the POA Cloud Community as the research field,this study identified four pairs of indicators for the change of teacher-learners'reflective ability through the analysis of the 6-month reflective journal data of two teacherlearners,namely,from“note-taking reflection”to“dialogic reflection”,from“interpretationoriented reflection”to“application-oriented reflection”,from“the reflection of teaching”to“the reflection of both teaching and research”,and from“inward reflection”to“inward-andoutward-combined reflection”.These indicators suggested that the teacher-learners'reflection was deepened and broadened.The above changes were closely related to the strategies adopted by facilitators to promote reflection,which mainly included correcting cognitive bias,constructing chained scaffolding with interactive dialogues,and providing empathetic feedback.The research results have positive implications for the current construction of virtual community of teaching and research.
