建筑业高质量发展内涵与测度体系研究

Research on the Connotation and Measurement System of High Quality Development in the Construction Industry

以建筑业高质量发展相关政策文件及专家、学者对其的解读作为数据文本,借助Nvivo12软件对来自住建部、人民网的162篇建筑业高质量发展相关文本进行扎根分析,提炼出建筑业高质量发展的内涵。构建出9个维度的建筑业高质量发展测度体系,并对2016—2021年我国建筑业高质量发展水平进行分析。研究表明:建筑业高质量发展呈长期向好态势;9个维度中发展格局开放化、安全事故最小化和发展目标绿色化仍处于较低水平,呈不稳定发展,其余6个维度发展态势良好。据此提出相应的政策建议,以期为我国建筑业高质量发展提供借鉴和参考。

This study utilizes policy documents related to the high-quality development of the construction industry and interpretations from experts and scholars as data texts.Using Nvivo12 software,a grounded analysis is conducted on 162 texts related to the high-quality development of the construction industry derived from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and People's Daily Online.This study extracts the essence of high-quality development in the construction industry and establishes a measurement system consisting of nine dimensions.This study also analyzes the level of high-quality development in China's construction industry from 2016 to 2021.The findings indicate an overall positive long-term trend in the high-quality development of the construction industry.However,when examining individual dimensions,the openness of development patterns,minimal safety accidents,and greening of development goals remain at relatively low levels,showing unstable development while the remaining six dimensions show a favorable development trend.Based on these findings,corresponding policy recommendations are proposed with the aim of providing references and guidance for the high-quality development of China's construction industry.
