基于BWM-云模型的项目进度管理韧性评价研究

摘要 工程建设项目完工日期有其特殊性,项目如不能正常投入使用,很大程度上影响项目的经济效益及社会效益,因此,正确对项目团队的进度管理能力进行韧性评价及提高该项目团队的进度管理韧性能力,保证项目如期完工,正是亟待解决的问题。从维持性能、应对性能、恢复性能和优化性能4个维度出发形成项目进度管理韧性评价指标体系;通过BWM分析法得到韧性评价指标的权重并利用Matlab软件构建云模型,通过标准云模型与评价云模型对比,对某项目进行项目进度管理韧性评价,综合判断该项目的进度管理韧性能力。并针对评价结果给出相关建议。 The completion date of engineering construction projects has its particularity,and the project cannot be put into normal use,which affects the economic benefits and social benefits of the project.Therefore,the correct resilience evaluation of the project team's schedule management ability and the improvement of the project team's schedule management resilience ability are issues that we need to actively pay attention to.Firstly,a project schedule management resilience evaluation index system was formed based on the influencing factors of schedule management and the four resilience characteristics and capabilities.Secondly,the weights of resilience evaluation indicators were obtained through the BwM analysis method,and a cloud model was constructed using Matlab price input code.Based on the comparison between the standard cloud model and the evaluation cloud model,a project schedule management resilience evaluation was conducted on a certain project,and the overall performance of the project's schedule management resilience was judged to belong to high resilience.Finally,suggestions are put forward for improving the management partof theprojectwith lowresilience.
