摘要
为了更好地满足我国建筑业转型升级需求、适应智能建造发展趋势,亟需探索智能建造与管理相关复合型人才培养新模式。以工程管理专业研究生培养为例,剖析当前课程体系不完善、教学形式单一、产学研结合不够密切等主要问题,提出基于教学内容改革(增加信息化智能化相关课程的比例)、教学模式创新(增加专题式教学和学术沙龙)、教学-实践-科研协同的培养模式创新。实践结果表明,该模式提升了工程管理研究生的信息化、智能化技术应用能力,同时加强了他们在学科交叉、分析与解决工程实际问题、创新、研究整合等方面的能力,具有较大的理论意义和推广价值。
To better meet the transformation and upgrading needs of the Chinese construction industry and adapt to the development trend of smart construction,it is urgent to explore a new approach for the cultivation of smart construction and management talents.This research takes the education of postgraduates majoring in construction management as an example to analyze the main problems,such as imperfect curriculum system,single teaching form,and insufficient industry-university-research cooperation.An innovative approach is proposed based on teaching materials adjustment(increasing the proportion of courses related to information technology and artificial intelligence),teaching mode innovation(increasing thematic teaching and academic salons),and teaching-practice-research collaboration.The practical results indicate that the innovative approach has improved construction management postgraduates'capabilities in using information technologies and artificial intelligence tools,as well as strengthened their abilities in cross-disciplinarity,analyzing and solving practical problems,innovation,and research integration.Thus,the proposed approach has great theoretical significance and promotion value.
