博物馆低成本展览策划路径研究——以“刻图化民——明清石刻线画中的信仰世界”展为例

Planning Path of Low-Cost Exhibitions in Museums:Taking the Exhibition"Carved Images for Civilizing the Masses:Belief Worlds in Ming and Qing Stone Engravings"as an Example

展览资金不足,不仅是市县级博物馆、也是省级博物馆长期存在的问题。如何将低成本展览办出高品质,成为博物馆高质量发展亟待解决的难题。“刻图化民——明清石刻线画中的信仰世界”展作为低成本展,发挥策展人统一管理的优势,重点在展览核心价值、展陈方式两个方面进行强化和提升。通过实践,总结出发掘文物特质、升华展览主题,运用跨界思维、创新叙事方式,依托学术成果、准确铺陈展览,以人性化辅展、激发观展热情等强化展览核心价值的多重手段;以及优化空间布局、提升观展体验,合理选择展材、重塑简约之风,提炼图像标识、强化展览形象等优化展陈方式的多条路径,为博物馆利用有限资金策划出高品质展览提供了借鉴经验。

Insufficient exhibition funds have long been a challenge not only for municipal and countylevel museums but also for provincial museums.The question of how to organize high-quality exhibitions with limited resources has become an urgent issue for the high-quality development of museums.As a lowcost exhibition,The exhibition"Carved Images for Civilizing the Masses:Belief Worlds in Ming and Qing Stone Engravings",leveraged the advantages of the curator taking the lead.It focused on enhancing and improving the core values and exhibition methods,summarizing the planning paths through practices,such as exploring the characteristics of cultural relics,refining exhibition themes,employing interdisciplinary thinking,and innovating narrative approaches.The exhibition also relied on academic achievements,accurately laying out the exhibition,designing humanized supplementary exhibits,and inspiring visitor enthusiasm.Additionally,it optimized space layout,improved the exhibition experience,selected exhibition materials reasonably,reshaped a simple style,refined image symbols,and enhanced the exhibition image.These multiple planning paths provide valuable experiences for museums to plan innovative exhibitions with limited funds.
