从非遗名录保护谈传统民间挑花的传承与发展

Discussion on the Inheritance and Development of Traditional Folk Cross-Stitch in the ICH List

民间挑花是古老刺绣手工艺的一种。我国的非遗名录保护制度为民间挑花的存续提供了切实有效的制度保障,提高了民间挑花的显现度和关注度。本文从非遗名录角度分析了目前民间挑花项目保护工作中存在的问题,通过明确民间挑花认定标准、规范民间挑花项目命名和类属、抢救濒危挑花项目、培养传承人群体等措施,进一步完善非遗名录中挑花类项目立项和管理工作,加大文化多样性保护力度,让民间挑花得到更好的传承与发展。

Folk cross-stitch is a type of ancient embroidery handicraft.The intangible cultural heritage list(ICH list)protection system in China provides an effective institutional guarantee for the survival of folk cross-stitch,and improves the appearance and attention of folk cross-stitch.From the perspective of ICH list,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current protection of folk cross-stitch projects due to insufficient knowledge.It is suggested to clarify the identification criteria of folk cross-stitch,standardize the naming and category of folk cross-stitch projects,rescue the endangered folk cross-stitch projects,and cultivate the group of inheritors.We will further improve the establishment and management of folk cross-stitch projects in the ICH list,strengthen protection of cultural diversity,and let folk cross-stitch can be better inherited and developed.
