民族生态移民区旅游业高质量发展促进各民族交往交流交融指标体系构建研究——以贵州省剑河县为例

Study on the Construction of Index System of Ethnic Interaction Exchange and Integration Promoted by High-quality Tourism Development in Ethnic Ecological Immigrant Areas——A Case Study of Jianhe County,Guizhou Province

民族生态移民区是我国践行高质量发展的重要实践地,该区域旅游业的高质量发展更是具有重要的研究价值和意义。剑河是贵州省最大的水库移民县,也是各民族交往交流交融的重要空间场域。作为一个短时重塑的物理空间系统,剑河县旅游产业发展随之面临一些问题和挑战。为此,该文通过AHP、聚类分析法、熵权法确定影响因子排名,遵循科学性、实用性、系统性和民族性原则,建构了以旅游业高质量发展促进各民族交往交流交融的四级指标评价体系,通过模糊综合评价法确定评价结果,由此探析二者之间的现实关系,并提出相应的思路建议,力争为民族生态移民区旅游业高质量发展提供创新性研究,同时助推各民族交往交流交融取得显著成效。

Ethnic ecological immigration area in China is an important practice of high-quality development and the high-quality development of tourism in this area is of important research value and significance.Jianhe County,the largest reservoir resettlement county in Guizhou Province,is an important spatial field for the communication and integration of various ethnic groups.As a physical spatial system reshaped in a short time,the development of tourism industry in Jianhe County is faced with some problems and challenges.Therefore,this paper determines the ranking of impact factors through AHP,cluster analysis and entropy weight method,follows the principles of being scientific,practical,systematic and ethnic,constructs a four-level index evaluation system to promote the communication and integration of various ethnic groups through high-quality tourism development,and determines the evaluation results through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,thus exploring the realistic relationship between the two.Besides,corresponding ideas and suggestions are put forward.It is aimed to provide innovative research for the high-quality development of tourism in ethnic ecological immigrant areas,and promote the interaction,exchange and integration of various ethnic groups to obtain a remarkable achievement.
