心理资本视角下设计学院学生创造力培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Students’Creativity in School of Design from the Perspective of Psychological Capital

学生在创新设计教育背景下必须具备创造力,而影响创造力的重要因素之一是心理资本。通过对设计专业的学生群体进行调查研究,探究心理资本对于设计专业学生创造力的影响。研究结果表明,心理资本中的自我效能是直接促进乐观、韧性和创造力的关键因素,也是学生创造力的基础。此外,乐观对学生创造力的促进作用最为显著。

Students in the context of innovative design education must possess creativity,and one of the important factors affecting creativity is psychological capital.Through a survey of students majoring in design,this study explores the impact of psychological capital on creativity in design majors.The results show that self-efficacy in psychological capital is a key factor that directly promotes resilience,optimism,and creativity,and it is also the foundation of students'creativity.In addition,optimism has the most significant promoting effect on students'creativity.
