第四次工业革命到来,面临新领域、新技术的冲击,普通高校在工业设计专业中的教育已经无法满足企业发展对设计人才的需求。为了解决设计人才教育的社会滞后性和降低企业培养的人才成本等问题,高校、企业、政府需要积极共建产教融合新系统、创新人才培养思路和路径,构建高效长期的产教融合桥梁。充分发挥高校教学职能、企业实战优势以及政府职能责任,改善工业设计教育环境、优化工业设计教学质量、提高工业设计人才综合实战能力,促进社会产业进步、推动企业创新发展。

With the arrival of the fourth Industrial Revolution,facing the impact of new fields and new technologies,the education of ordinary industrial design majors has been unable to meet the needs of enterprises for design talents.In order to solve the problems of social lag of design education and reduce the cost of enterprise training,universities,enterprises and governments need to actively build a new system of industry and education integration,innovate the ideas and paths of talent training,and build an efficient and long-term bridge of integration of industry and education to give full play to the teaching functions of colleges and universities,the practical advantages of enterprises and the responsibilities of governments,improving the education environment of industrial design,optimizing the teaching quality of industrial design,improving the comprehensive practical ability of industrial design talents,promote the progress of social industry,and promoting the innovation and development of enterprises.
