摘要
社区差异化发展是一个普遍现象,但是其内在的机制并未得到揭示。社区发展理论从以需求为本转变到以资产为本,显示了社区社会资本的重要性。通过对一个城市社区的社区书记带领社区发展的典型案例的深入分析,发现在资源禀赋相似的社区,社区书记的使命感和事业心以及领导力是社区发展最关键的因素。理论分析表明,社区书记具有独特的文化资本。文化资本通过开发利用多样化社区资产,从而在带领社区发展中发挥着关键作用。为了发挥文化资本的作用,需要转变社区“两委”负责人的遴选机制和改变社区绩效考核的重点。
Community differentiation development is a common phenomenon,but its internal mechanism has remained unexplored.The shift in community development theory from demand-based to asset-based shows the importance of community social capital.Through the in-depth analysis of a typical case of community secretary leading community development in a city,it is found that the community secretary's sense of mission,ambition and the ability of leadership are the most critical factors.Theoretical analysis shows that community secretary has unique cultural capital.Through the accumulation of social capital,cultural capital plays a fundamental role in the development of community led by Party building.In order to play the role of cultural capital,it is necessary to change the selection mechanism of community "two committees" and change the focus of community performance assessment.
