压力传感器电离总剂量辐照计算方法研究

摘要 空间环境下,压力传感器受到各种辐射影响,其中,电离总剂量辐射与传感器输出密切相关,电离总剂量辐射会影响压力传感器内部电子元器件电性能,进而影响传感器输出,甚至导致其失效。因此,通过计算压力传感器电离总剂量辐照完成元器件抗辐照设计尤为重要。文章选取某型传感器进行了电离总剂量辐照计算,采用半空间估算法和实心球体估算法两种方法,通过分析空间环境下传感器内部剂量和传感器元器件可耐受总剂量的关系,完成了压力传感器电离总剂量辐照计算与设计。 Pressure sensors in space environments are affected by various types of radiation,among which the total ionizing dose radiation is closely related to the sensor output.The total ionizing dose radiation can affect the electrical performance of electronic components inside the pressure sensor,thereby affecting the sensor output and even failure.Therefore,it is particularly important to complete the anti-radiation design of components by calculating the total ionization dose irradiation of the pressure sensor.The article selects a certain type of sensor for the calculation of total ionizing dose irradiation,using two methods:half space estimation method and solid sphere estimation method.By analyzing the relationship between the internal dose of the sensor and the total dose that the sensor components can withstand in the space environment,the calculation and design of total ionizing dose irradiation for pressure sensors have been completed.
