基于PLC的智能水果分拣控制系统设计

Design of Intelligent Fruit Sorting Control System Based on PLC

为了提高生产中类球形水果在大小分拣过程中的效率,设计了一款基于三菱PLC的智能水果分拣机控制系统。该系统由集水果定距供料、水果输送检测分类输送、水果大小分类、水果损坏检测、水果损坏去除、装箱前计数、装箱输送等功能模块组成。该设计以三菱PLC为控制核心,首先介绍了系统的组成及工作原理;再根据控制要求对系统的软件、硬件进行设计;最后通过仿真软件进行模拟测试。在各组成模块的配合下,完成对水果的分类,实现了对类圆形水果的型号分类、装箱输送等功能,不仅适用于中小型企业,而且对于个体户同样适用。

In order to improve the efficiency in the size sorting process of spherical fruits in production,an intelligent fruit sorting machine control system based on Mitsubishi PLC was designed.The system consists of functional modules such as fruit collection,fixed distance feeding,fruit transportation,detection,classification,size classification,damage detection,fruit damage removal,counting,packing and transportation.The design takes Mitsubishi PLC as the control core,firstly,the composition and working principle of the system are introduced;then the software and hardware of the system are designed according to the control requirements;finally,through simulation software simulation test.With the cooperation of each component module,the classification of fruits is completed,and the functions of type classification of circular fruits are realized,such as packing and conveying,which is not only suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises but also for self-employed people.
