摘要
针对转炉炼钢副枪测量及稳定操作的问题,从工艺设计的角度分析了副枪测量位置、测量时间以及副枪枪体直径、冷却水量和升降速度的设计条件。副枪测量水平方向主要影响因素为氧枪喷射流和转炉炉口粘渣,垂直方向主要考虑测定点的数据是否具有代表性,测量数据能否准确指导副枪动态模型对冶炼终点的调整,实现准确命中钢液终点温度和碳含量。枪体直径的确定需考虑枪体粘渣和枪体本身的弯曲变形,同时应结合冷却水量和整体升降重量的变化对投资和运行成本的影响。升降速度的确定需尽量缩短副枪测量周期,进而缩短转炉冶炼周期,同时结合不同阶段速度的影响因素综合考虑。
Aiming at the problem of measuring and stable operation of the Sub-lance in converter steelmaking,the design conditions of measuring position,measuring time,diameter of the Sub-lance body,cooling water and lifting speed are analyzed from the perspective of process design.In the horizontal direction of Sub-lance measurement,the main influencing factors are oxygen gun jet flow and slag at converter mouth.In the vertical direction,the main consideration is whether the measurement point data are representative,and whether the measurement data can accurately guide the dynamic model of Sub-lance to adjust the smelting end point,so as to accurately hit the temperature and carbon content of molten steel.The determination of the diameter of the gun body should consider the bending deformation of the gun body and the slag of the gun body.At the same time,the influence of the change of cooling water and the overall lifting weight on the investment and operation cost should be combined.It is necessary to shorten the measurement period of the Sub-lance as far as possible to determine the lifting speed,and then shorten the smelting cycle of the converter,while considering the factors affecting the speed in different stages.
