老年人对“老有所养”主体责任倾向的选择问题

Research on the Responsibility Choice of Pension Tendency for Elderly People

文章从理论层面分析了个体特征、家庭特征以及社会支持对老年人养老主体责任倾向选择的影响,并运用CGSS调查数据进行了实证检验。研究显示:子女养老约占六成,政府养老次之,独立养老选择比例最小。从影响因素来看,户籍、年龄、教育程度、经济状况、子女数量、邻里往来、朋友往来和参保养老保险对主体责任倾向选择具有显著影响。针对老年人养老主体选择倾向的发展态势,要加大政策扶持,构建多层次养老保障体系,提高养老服务供给,促进3种养老方式发挥积极作用,充分满足老年人的养老需求。

From the theoretical level,this paper analyzes the influence of individual characteristics,family characteristics and social support on elderly people's choice of responsibility tendency.Using CGSS survey data,it has the empirical test.The results show that children take up about 60% of the pension,followed by government pension,and the proportion of independent pension is the least.From the perspective of influencing factors,registered residence,age,education level,health level,economic status,number of children,neighborhood contacts,friends contact,join the endowment insurance has a significant impact on the choice of subject liability tendency.Therefore,in view of the development trend,the paper puts forward following measures:increasing policy support,building a multi-level pension security system and improving the supply of pension services,so as to promote the three pension modes to play an active role and fully meet the needs of elderly People.
