摘要
在项目化理论背景下,阜阳师范大学汉语言专业建设融合理论研究与实践推广的“课程体系+项目领衔+竞赛跟进”模式,坚定认证“主线+底线”理念,实现毕业要求,培养具有“一轴两翼七要素”的核心素养,即以立德树人为核心,具有政治素养、师德规范、教育情怀等必备品格及教育教学、实践创新、沟通合作、学习反思等关键能力的中小学语文教师和教育管理人才。
Under the background of project-oriented theory,the Chinese language major of Fuyang Normal University builds the mode of “curriculum system+project lead+competition follow up” which integrates theoretical research and practice promotion,firmly authenticates the concept of “main line + bottom line”,realizes the graduation requirements,and cultivates primary and secondary school Chinese teachers and educational management talents with the core quality of “one axis,two wings and seven elements”,that is,moral cultivation as the core,essential qualities like political accomplishment,standard teacher ethics,educational feelings and key abilities including education and teaching,practice and innovation,communication and cooperation,learning and reflection.
