摘要
本文结合液体火箭发动机产品特点、制造工艺特点和企业实际,在重点研究了发动机工艺知识及工艺知识体系框架、工艺知识建模方法的基础上,建立了发动机工艺知识库,实现了发动机工艺知识的规范化管理和高效共享。通过知识库与工艺设计系统的集成,实现了基于知识的发动机数字化工艺设计。形成了完整的发动机工艺知识数字化管理应用方案,实现了快速、高质量工艺设计,推动了新研型号的快速研制。最后提出了后续发动机工艺知识研究应用的发展建议。
Based on the characteristics of liquid rocket engine products,manufacturing processes,and enterprise reality,this article focuses on the research of engine process knowledge,process knowledge management system framework,and process knowledge modeling methods.It establishes an engine process knowledge base,achieving standardized management and efficient sharing of engine process knowledge.The integration of knowledge base and process design system has achieved knowledge based engine digital process design.A complete digital management and application plan for engine process knowledge has been formed,significantly improving the efficiency and quality of process design,which is of great significance for promoting the rapid and agile iterative development of new research models.Finally,development suggestions for the subsequent research and application of engine process knowledge were proposed.
