摘要
某型飞机座舱热载荷试验台主要用于满足座舱热载荷模拟的试验需求,通过模拟影响座舱热载荷的主要因素,准确测量座舱的热载荷。根据座舱热载荷试验台的技术需求,对试验台加温系统、辐射加温系统、综合控制系统等进行了详细设计。试验台利用回风机和再生器,对试验间内的热气再生利用,缩短试验间加热时间并显著提高试验台运行的经济性。
The cockpit thermal load test bench of a certain aircraft is mainly used to meet the testing requirements for the cockpit thermal load simulation.By simulating the main factors affecting the cockpit thermal load,the thermal load of the cockpit can be accurately measured.This article presents a detailed description on the design of the heating system,radiation heating system,and comprehensive control system for the cockpit thermal load test bench based on its technical requirements.The test bench utilizes a return fan and regenerator to regenerate and utilize the hot air in the test room,reducing the heating time in the test room and significantly improving the operating economy of the test bench.
