摘要
由于受三维设计数模以及制造工艺的限制,仍有部分导管无法进行数字化制造。而传统的取样制造方法制造周期长,成本高,会影响飞机的研制周期。针对上述问题,利用3D打印技术按数模制造样管,使用3D打印样管辅助制造导管,依据检验架的外形对导管进行校形,实现其数字化控制。相比传统取样制造,该方法解决了导管取样需待实物导管装配的限制,缩短了零件制造周期,实现了导管预制。
Due to the limitations of the 3D design model and the manufacturing processes,some guide tubes cannot be digitally manufactured.Traditional sampling manufacturing methods have a long manufacturing cycle with high costs,which affects the development cycle of the aircraft.In order to solve the above problems,3D printing technology is used to manufacture sample tubes as per the digital models,and 3D printing sample tubes are used to assist in manufacturing the guide tubes which are calibrated by the contour of inspection fixture to achieve the digital control of the tubes.Compared to the traditional sampling manufacturing method,this method solves the problem that the sample can be taken only after assembly of the physical tubes,which shortens the manufacturing cycle of the parts and realizes prefabrication of the guide tubes.
