摘要
重金属含量是影响茶叶质量的重要指标.以石台县大山村茶园土壤和茶叶中的重金属Cr元素为研究对象,运用富集系数法与转移系数法对土壤-茶树系统中Cr的分布特征及迁移规律进行研究.结果表明,土壤中的Cr含量大于茶树中的Cr含量;Cr在茶树体内由高到低的分布次序为:须根>主根>主茎>侧茎>新叶>老叶;茶树中各个部位Cr元素的平均富集系数大小顺序为:根>茎>叶;重金属Cr转移能力大小为:茶树茎>茶树叶.研究结果可为当地茶叶的安全生产提供一定的理论依据.
Heavy metal content is an important index affecting tea quality.Taking the heavy metal Cr element in the soil and tea of Dashhan Village tea garden in Shitai County as the research object,this research studied the distribution characteristics and migration rule of Cr in soil-tea system with the method of enrichment coefficient and transfer coefficient.The results show that the distribution order of Cr from high to low in tea tree is fibrous root>main root>main stem>lateral stem>new leaf>old leaf;the average enrichment coefficient of Cr element in each part of tea tree is in the order of root>stem>leaf;the transfer capacity of heavy metal Cr is tea stems>tea leaves.The results provide a theoretical basis for the safe production of local tea.
