高温高盐水中月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱在砂岩表面吸附规律研究

摘要 月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂在高盐含量水中具有较好的起泡性能,但在砂岩表面的吸附量尚不明确。本文利用Shim-pack VP-ODS 4.6 mm×250 mm色谱柱、紫外检测器,优化了流动相组成、流速、柱温等色谱条件,建立了高盐水中月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱的高效液相色谱检测方法。吸附性评价表明:温度为110℃、NaCl质量浓度为25×10^(4) mg/L的水中,质量分数小于1%的月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱在80~100目石英砂表面吸附量小于2 mg/g;在温度为110℃、水中NaCl质量浓度为(20~25)×10^(4) mg/L条件下,质量分数为0.4%月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱在80~100目石英砂表面吸附量随溶液中NaCl含量的增加而增加;在110℃、水中NaCl质量浓度为22.5×10^(4) mg/L、CaCl_(2)质量浓度为(0~3)×10^(4) mg/L条件下,质量分数为0.4%的月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱在80~100目石英砂表面吸附量随溶液中CaCl 2含量的增加而降低。研究结果对高温高盐水中甜菜碱表面活性剂的选择与应用有指导作用。 Lauramide propyl hydroxy sulfobetaine surfactant has good foaming performance in high salt water,but the adsorption capacity of it on the surface of sandstone is not clear.The ratio of methanol to water,the flowing velocity of mobile phase and the column temperature were optimized using Shim-pack VP-ODS 4.6 mm×250 mm column and an ultraviolet detector,and the high performance liquid chromatography for determination of lauramide propyl hydroxy sulfobetaine content in high saltwater was established.The adsorption evaluation shows that in the water with the temperature of 110℃,NaCl of 25×10^(4) mg/L and lauramide propyl hydroxy sulfobetaine of less than 1%,the adsorption capacity of lauramide propyl hydroxy sulfobetaine on the surface of 80~100 mesh quartz sand is less than 2 mg/g.In the water with the temperature of 110℃,NaCl of(20~25)×10^(4) mg/L and lauramide propyl hydroxy sulfobetaine of 0.4%,the adsorption capacity of lauramide propyl hydroxy sulfobetaine on the surface of 80~100 mesh quartz sand increases with the increase of NaCl mass concentration.In the water with the temperature of 110℃,NaCl of 22.5×10^(4) mg/L,CaCl 2 of(0~3)×10^(4) mg/L and lauramide propyl hydroxy sulfobetaine of 0.4%,the adsorption capacity of lauramide propyl hydroxy sulfobetaine on the surface of 80~100 mesh quartz sand decreases with the increase of CaCl_(2) mass concentration.The research results have a guiding significance for the selection and application of betaine surfactants under high-temperature and high-salinity conditions.
