临床护士医学叙事能力与心理弹性、自我效能感的相关性研究

The relationship among narrative competence,resilience and self-effcacy in clinical nurses

目的 调查临床护士的医学叙事能力水平,探讨临床护士的医学叙事能力与心理弹性、自我效能感之间的关系。方法 自2022年2月7日至21日,借助问卷星平台,采用便利抽样法,对浙江大学医学院附属第一医院的530例临床护士进行横断面问卷调查,了解其叙事能力、心理弹性、自我效能感水平。问卷包括一般资料调查表、医学叙事能力量表、心理弹性量表及自我效能感量表四部分。结果临床护士医学叙事能力总分(151.15±27.69)分,心理弹性得分(78.60±14.73)分,自我效能感得分(56.47±18.15)分。临床护士医学叙事能力总分及各维度得分与心理弹性得分、自我效能感得分呈正相关;多元线性回归分析显示,对叙事护理的熟悉程度和心理弹性可解释医学叙事能力水平43.9%的变异水平,自我效能感是医学叙事能力倾听关注维度的影响因素。结论 该医院临床护士的医学叙事能力处于中等偏下水平,可通过提高临床护士的心理弹性,提升其医学叙事能力,从而构建和谐护患关系,真正实施整体护理。

Objective To survey the status and influencing factors of narrative competence in clinical nurses,explore the relationships among narrative competence,resilience,and self-efficacy.Method Convenience sampling was conducted via questionnaire star platform,the questionnaire including sociodemographic information,narrative competence scale,14-item brief version resilience scale,and self-efficacy scale.Result This study showed that the score of narrative competence,resilience and self-efficacy was 151.15±27.69,78.60±14.73,56.47±18.15,respectively.The general score and each dimension of narrative competence of clinical nurse were positively correlated with resilience and self-efficacy.Familiarity with narrative nursing and resilience contributed to a variation level of 43.9%of medical narrative competence.Self-effcacy was the influencing factor of listening dimension.Conclusion Our study revealed that the general score of narrative competence of clinical nurses'from a tertiary hospital of Hangzhou was in intermediate level.Clinical nurses'narrative competence could be improved by enhancing the resilience,so as to build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship,and implementthe holistic nursing.
