船闸浮式系船柱结构受荷敏感区域研究

摘要 随着我国水运交通事业的不断发展,大型船闸的安全运行至关重要。为保证船闸内船舶的泊稳安全,实时感知船闸浮式系船柱的运行状况至关重要。浮式系船柱受荷敏感区域的确定与结构监测传感器的布设方案密切相关,然而针对该问题仍缺乏系统的研究。依托某大型船闸工程,通过建立浮式系船柱结构三维数值模型,基于有限元方法研究浮式系船柱在不同系缆力、系缆角度情况下的结构应变路径变化规律。结果表明,浮式系船柱结构受系缆力作用的敏感区位置在靠近浮式系船柱空心圆柱体与固定钢板焊接位置附近,为浮式系船柱结构受力监测传感器的安设以及后续工作提供理论支撑。 With the development of water transportation in China,the safe operation of large ship locks is crucial.To ensure the stability and safety of ships docked in the lock,it is necessary to monitor the operation status of the floating mooring column in real-time.Considering that the load sensitive area of the floating mooring column is directly related to the deployment of monitoring sensors,but there is still a lack of systematic research on this issue.Therefore,this paper relies on a large ship lock project,builds a three-dimensional numerical model of floating mooring column structure,and studies strain paths of the floating mooring column under at different mooring forces and mooring angles based on finite element numerical simulation method.The results show that the load sensitive area of floating mooring column structure by mooring force effect is near the welding position between the hollow cylinder of the floating mooring column and the fixed steel plate,which can provide a reference for the installation of the floating mooring column strain gauge and future work.
