The CPC’s Difficulties in Delivering Messages and Its Responses(1921-1927)

信息传递的安全、快捷是组织良好运作的重要因素。中共成立后,随着组织的发展壮大和革命的进展,对信息安全、快速传递的需求越来越高。在当时人力、物力有限的条件下,中共主要通过当局邮政系统邮寄文件,但存在信息泄露等问题,会影响组织安全和限制革命工作的开展。中共为克服这些困难积极采取各种应对措施,在一定程度上保护了此间组织信息传递的安全性。1924年后随着革命形势的发展,利用当局邮政系统已无法满足信息安全传递的需求,中共开始创建自己的交通网。中共早期对信息安全传递的探索和局部交通网的创建,对中共内部的文件、人员、物资等的流转起了重要作用,也为土地革命战争时期交通制度的进一步发展奠定了基础。

The security and efficiency of delivering messages is a pivotal factor in the smooth operation of organi-zations.After the establishment of the CPC,demands for the secure and swift dissemination of information escala-ted as the CPC organization grew and the revolution progressed.Constrained by limited human and material re-sources,the CPC primarily relied on the local postal system to dispatch documents.However,this approach pres-ented challenges,such as information leaks,the impact on organizational security,and constraints in advancing revolutionary work.To overcome these difficulties,the CPC proactively implemented various measures to secure the transmission of information.By 1924,with the development of the revolution,the local postal system was in-adequate to ensure secure information transmission,and the CPC initiated its own independent communications network.Early exploration into secure information transmission and the establishment of localized communications networks by the CPC played a crucial role in facilitating the circulation of internal documents,personnel,and ma-terials.Moreover,it laid the groundwork for the subsequent development of communications systems during the period of the Agrarian Revolutionary War.
