摘要
通过对三名参加信息学奥林匹克竞赛的女大学生进行深度访谈,发现女性从对信息技术产生兴趣到真正投入这一领域的过程中,面临着来自学科体系、教育环境、社会氛围的诸多阻碍。作为在青少年时期就接触到信息技术的女性,信息学奥赛的经历对她们认识两性差异和构建自身性别身份产生了重要的影响,技术与性别的张力在她们的性别观念中得到充分的体现。总体而言,计算机领域仍是一个男性主导的学科领域,技术对女性的赋权与排斥同时存在。只有营造一个性别友好的环境,打破性别认知偏见,女性在技术领域才能得到更好的发展。
This study conducted in-depth interviews with three female students who participated in the National Olympiad in Informatics.In the process from being interested in information technology to participating in this field,women faced many obstacles from the discipline system,educational environment and social atmosphere.For women exposed to information technology in early adolescence,the experience of the Olympiad has had an important impact on their understanding of the gender difference and the construction of their own gender identity.The tension between technology and gender is fully reflected in their gender attitude.In general,the computer field is still a male-dominated discipline,and the empowerment and exclusion of women by technology exist in the meantime.Only by creating a gender-friendly environment and breaking gender cognitive bias can women get better development in the field of technology.
