The Design of Female College Students' Entrepreneurship EducationBased on Female Entrepreneurial Resilience

企业家经常面临威胁组织生存的困境和挑战,女性创业过程中会遇到更多的障碍和刻板印象,这塑造了其特有的创业韧性。在宏观、中观和微观三个层面,女性创业韧性的保护因素和风险因素都有所不同。微观层面包括个体特质和人力资本,具有女性创业自我效能更低、以推动性创业动机为主、角色积累较为单一等特点。中观层面包括社会支持和财务资源的不同,女性承担更多的家庭责任,更难获得财务资源。宏观层面则表现为社会性别化的压力。对女性创业韧性的研究分析,对女大学生创业教育有一定启发,要求课程中加入增强女性创业自我效能、提升女大学生家庭事业的平衡能力和增强创业动机等内容。

Entrepreneurs often face difficulties and challenges that threaten the survival of organizations,and females encounter more obstacles and stereotypes in the process of starting a business which has shaped their unique entrepreneurial resilience.The protective factors and risk factors of women's entrepreneurial resilience are different at macro,meso and micro levels.The micro-level includes:individual characteristics and human capital,characterized by the fact that women's entrepreneurial self-efficacy is lower,the motivation to promote entrepreneurship is dominant,and the role accumulation is relatively simple.The meso-level encompasses social support and financial resources,with women taking on more family responsibilities and having less access to financial resources.At the macro level,it shows the pressure of social gender.The research and analysis of women's entrepreneurial resilience has some inspiration for the entrepreneurship education of female college students,and requires the curriculum to include the content of enhancing women's entrepreneurial self-efficacy,improving the balance between family and career,and enhancing the entrepreneurial motivation of female college students.
