整体滑移式支模架在拱涵施工中的运用

摘要 目前,拱涵拱圈支模架方法普遍采用满堂钢管架+竹胶板搭设,混凝土浇筑后再拆除支模架周转到下一模重新搭设,以此反复。但该方法工期长,同时反复拆除铺设竹胶板,导致其损耗大。基于此该文结合渝黔复线高速公路连接道工程中拱涵施工实例,介绍了一种能够显著提高施工速度、减少模板损耗的适用于拱涵整体滑移式的支模架。分析其可行性及施工工艺并与传统支模架方法进行对比,总结其优点及经济效益,可为类似涵洞工程提供一定参考。 Currently,the method commonly used for constructing a formwork support frame for arch bridges involves setting up a full-hall steel pipe frame and bamboo plywood.After pouring concrete,the formwork support frame is removed and transferred to a second frame for reconstruction.However,this method has a long construction period,and the repeated removal and placement of bamboo plywood result in significant losses.In light of this,this paper,based on a case from the construction of the Chongqing-Guizhou Expressway connection project,introduced a formwork support frame suitable for the integral sliding construction of arch bridges.This approach can significantly improve the construction speed and reduce formwork losses.This paper analyzed the feasibility and construction process of this method,which was compared with traditional formwork support frame methods,with the advantages and economic benefits summarized,providing reference for similar viaduct projects.
