摘要
在汽车开发周期不断缩短的背景下,模具开发周期同样迎来挑战,面对挑战,模具企业需要精准安排计划、充分配置资源,项目管理应用网络图计划管理模式是一个有效的办法。介绍了当前汽车模具的开发流程,针对项目管控下模具交付周期容易延误的现状,分析了新车型研制下模具开发项目管理节点,采用了基于计划网络模式的开发流程图,重点对模具制造环节的计划编制控制进行了分析,能够有效地监测项目实施过程中节点完成信息,并能够及时进行动态调整,有效地保证了模具开发与交付周期。
In the context of the continuous shortening of the automotive development cycle,the die development cycle is also facing challenges,in the face of challenges,die enterprises need to accurately arrange plans and fully allocate resources,project management application network diagram plan management mode is an effective way.This paper introduces the current development process of automobile die.Aiming at the current situation that die delivery cycle is easy to be delayed under project control,it analyzes the project management nodes of die development under the development of new models,adopts the development flow chart based on the plan network mode,and focuses on the analysis of the planning and control of die manufacturing links,which can effectively monitor the completion information of nodes during the project implementation.And can be timely dynamic adjustment,effectively ensure the die development and delivery cycle.
