分析了汽车进气格栅双色塑件的成型工艺特点,详细阐述了此模具的结构设计要点,通过浇注系统、抽芯机构、顶出系统、液压系统等介绍,进而充分了解此类模具的结构特点。
Analyzed the molding process characteristics of the two shots mold products of the automobile intake grille,elaborated the key points of the structure design of the mold,and fully understood the structure of this type of mold through the introduction of the injection system,core-pulling structure,ejection system,and hydraulic system.
