摘要
以一种洗发水瓶盖注射成型模具为研究对象,利用模流分析软件对该塑件开展了成型窗口分析、充填分析、冷却分析、翘曲分析,模拟了洗发水瓶盖注射成型的注射、保压、冷却、开模等过程,对可能会产生的体积收缩、气孔、缩痕及翘曲变形进行了预测,同时简化了冷却回路结构以便更易加工,针对翘曲变形的影响因素进行了探索研究。结果表明:影响翘曲变形的原因比较复杂,而收缩不均对塑件整体翘曲变形的影响最大。最佳工艺组合为:模具表面温度为80℃、熔体温度为180℃、注射时间为0.3696s、保压时间为30s、保压压力13.42MPa。
Taking a shampoo bottle cap injection mold as the research object,using the mold flow analysis software to carry out the molding window analysis,filling analysis,cooling analysis,warpage analysis,simulated the shampoo bottle cap injection molding process of injection,holding pressure,cooling,mold opening,etc.,and predicted the volume shrinkage,porosity,shrinkage and warpage deformation that may occur,and at the same time,simplified the structure of the cooling circuit in order to make it easier to process.The results show that the causes of warpage deformation are complicated,and the uneven shrinkage has the greatest influence on the overall warpage deformation of the molded parts.The optimal process combination is as follows:mold surface temperature is 80℃,melt temperature is 180℃,injection time is 0.3696s,holding time is 30s,and holding pressure is 13.42MPa.
