浅谈汽车冲压模具焊接修补技术

Discussion on Welding Repair Technology of Automobive Stamping Die

主要针对我司冲压模具在品质培育过程中进行模具补焊时所出现的焊接缺陷,通过模具焊接修补技术的研究和规范制定,提高我司焊接操作人员的技能水平、减少模具焊接缺陷的产生,从而有效的避免模具报废所带来的风险和损失,同时不影响新车模具开发周期。

This paper is mainly aimed at the welding defects that occur when the die repair welding is carried out in the quality cultivation process of our stamping die,through the research and specification formulation of die welding repair technology,improve the skill level of our welding operators,reduce the occurrence of mold welding defects,so as to effectively avoid the risks and losses caused by die scrapping,and do not affect the development cycle of new car die.
