邯钢30MW烧结余热发电机组振动增大问题的处理实践

摘要 邯钢烧结余热发电机组在装机运行后一度出现振动增大的问题,汽轮机振动报警,甚至接近跳机值,这对设备的稳定运行造成了很大影响。为解决该问题,我厂组织技术人员对机组振动问题进行了研究攻关,最终通过矫正联轴器中心位置和多次动平衡实验解决了该问题。 The vibration of the sinter waste heat electric generator at Handan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.was increased after the plant was installed.The vibration of the steam turbine was alarming,and it was even close to the shutdown value,which had a great effect on the stable operation of the equipment.In order to solve the problem,we organized technicians to study the vibration problem of the unit,and finally solved the problem by correcting the center position of the coupling and many dynamic balance experiments.
