高职院校机械设计与制造专业人才培养现状与对策

近年来,随着职业教育的不断发展,提升专业人才培养亦是迫在眉睫。随着职业教育教学水平的不断提高,新课程改革的不断推进,进一步凸显了高职院校作为教育教学的主阵地,是培养专业人才的城堡。与预想不同的是,目前高职院校机械设计与制造专业人才培养还不够充分,人才培养的实效性不佳。对高职机械设计与制造专业的人才培养策略进行了分析研究。

In recent years,with the continuous development of national vocational education,it is also urgent to improve the cultivation of professional talents.With the continuous improvement of the teaching level of vocational education in our country and the continuous promotion of new curriculum reform,further highlighting vocational colleges as the main battlefield of education and teaching,and the cradle for cultivating professional talents in our country.Contrary to expectations,the current talent cultivation of mechanical design and manufacturing majors in our national vocational colleges is not sufficient,and the effectiveness of talent cultivation is not satisfactory.This article will analyze and study the talent cultivation strategies of vocational mechanical design and manufacturing courses.
