Exploration of Talent Training Model for Intelligent Manufacturing Skills Teaching under the Joint Education of Schools and Enterprises

基于落实《国家职业教育改革实施方案》等政策,立足国家制造强国战略,围绕立德树人根本任务,牢记“为党育人,为国育才”的光荣使命,以培养服务区域装备制造产业链发展的高素质技术技能复合型人才为目标。推进校企深度合作,提出校企双元合作、协同育人机制,创新深化产教融合的人才培养模式,是探索出高素质技术技能复合型人才培养的有效途径。

Based on the implementation of policies such as the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,based on the national strategy of building a strong manufacturing country,centered on the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,and bearing in mind the glorious mission of"cultivating talents for the party and the country",the goal is to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled composite talents that serve the development of the regional equipment manufacturing industry chain.Promoting deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,proposing a dual cooperation and collaborative education mechanism between schools and enterprises,and innovating and deepening the talent cultivation model of industry education integration are effective ways to explore the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled composite talents.
