我国是世界上公路隧道里程最长、规模最大、发展最快的国家。据统计,隧道路段事故率是普通路段的5.17倍,事故总数、受伤人数、死亡人数和造成的经济损失远高于普通路段。为加强高速公路长隧道运营安全管理,提升隧道运营风险预警预报,文章以京台高速公路长隧道群智慧运行和安全应急能力提升重大科技专项研究工程为例,阐述高速公路智慧长隧系统的功能并通过数据验证系统预警效果。

Our country has the longest mileage of highway tunnel,the largest scale and the fastest development in the world.Ac⁃cording to statistics,the accident rate of the tunnel section is 5.17 times that of the ordinary section,and the total number of acci⁃dents,the number of injuries,the number of deaths and the economic losses caused by the tunnel section are much higher than that of the ordinary section.In order to strengthen the operation safety management of expressway long tunnel and improve the early warning and forecast of tunnel operation risks,this paper takes the major scientific and technological special research project of Beijing-Tai⁃wan expressway long tunnel group to improve the intelligent operation and safety emergency capability as an example,expounds the function of expressway smart tunnel system and verifies the early warning effect of the system through data.
