安全稳定控制系统动作行为敏感度评价方法研究

摘要 随着电网规模的不断扩大和运行方式的日益复杂,电力系统的安全稳定运行日趋重要。安全稳定控制系统作为电力系统安全稳定的“第二道防线”,其动作行为结果直接影响电力系统在故障情况下能否维持安全稳定运行。通过研究安全稳定控制系统动作行为的敏感度评价方法,首先介绍了影响稳控系统动作行为的敏感因素,其次介绍了基于灰色关联度的敏感度分析方法,并通过算例分析了某地区电网安全稳定控制系统的各敏感因素,为稳控系统的建设与策略制定提供参考。 With the continuous expansion of power grid scale and the increasingly complex operation mode,the safe and stable operation of power system is becoming more and more important.Safety and stability control system is the“second line of defense”of power system safety and stability,and its action results directly affect whether the power system can maintain safe and stable operation in the case of failure.By studying the sensitivity evaluation method of the action behavior of the safety stability control system,this paper first introduces the sensitive factors affecting the action behavior of the stability control system,then presents the sensitivity analysis method based on grey relational degree,and also uses calculating examples to analyze the sensitive factors of power grid security and stability control system of a certain region,which provides reference for the construction and strategy formulation of the stability control system.
