经济政策不确定性、ESG表现与资源型企业绿色技术创新

以2012-2021年资源型上市公司为研究样本,基于ESG表现视角探究经济政策不确定性对绿色技术创新的影响机制,并实证检验了媒体关注的调节作用。研究结果表明:经济政策不确定性对企业绿色技术创新有显著的促进效应,且对实质性绿色技术创新的促进效应更强。进一步研究发现,经济政策不确定性通过提升ESG表现来提高企业绿色技术创新水平,媒体关注起到正向调节作用。产权差异分析发现,经济政策不确定性对绿色技术创新的驱动作用在国有企业中更为明显,媒体关注则强化了该激励效应。研究结论拓展了经济政策不确定性对企业绿色技术创新的相关研究,有助于制定和完善政府经济政策,引导企业绿色创新发展。

Taking resources-based listed companies from 2012 to 2021 as research samples,this paper explores the mechanism of economic policy uncertainty on green technology innovation from the perspective of ESG performance,and tests the moderating effect of media attention.The results show that economic policy uncertainty has a significant promotion effect on green technology innovation,and the promotion effect of substantive green technology innovation is stronger.Further study finds out that economic policy uncertainty promotes green technology innovation through strengthening the ESG performance and media attention has a significant positive moderating effect.The analysis of property rights differences finds that the driving effect of economic policy uncertainty on green technology innovation is more obvious in state-owned enterprises,and media attention strengthens the incentive effect.The research conclusions expand the researches on the impact of economic policy uncertainty on enterprise green technology innovation,which is helpful to formulate and improve government economic policies and guide the development of green innovation of enterprises.
