5种中药复方水提液对稻瘟病的抑菌活性与防效研究

摘要 稻瘟病是水稻生产上极具毁灭性的病害之一,为筛选出防治稻瘟病的新型生物农药,研究设计了5种中药复方,采用病菌生长速率法测定了其对稻瘟病菌菌丝生长的抑制效果,并开展了其对水稻叶瘟的田间防效试验。结果表明:复方F3(成分为扁蓄、大黄、虎杖、千里光、百部、苦参、地肤子、茵陈、苍耳子)对稻瘟病菌菌丝生长的抑制效果最好,对菌丝的抑制率可达50.0%,其次是复方F2,其对菌丝的抑制率为42.3%;田间防效试验结果与室内抑菌结果基本一致,防效最好的中药复方为F3,其次是F2,防治效果分别为39.3%、33.7%,均极显著低于化学药剂40%稻瘟灵乳油对水稻叶瘟的防治效果(71.2%)。 Rice blast is one of the most devastating diseases in rice production.In order to screen out a new type of biofungicide for controlling rice blasts,five kinds of Chinese herbal compounds were designed,and their inhibitory activity against the mycelial growth of Piricularia oryzae was determined by the method of pathogen growth rate.In addition,the experiment of controlling rice leaf blast was carried out in the field.The results show that the compound F3(composed of Bianxu,Dahuang,Huzhang,Qianliguang,Baibu,Kushen,Difuzi,Yinchen,and Cang'erzi)has the best inhibitory activity against the mycelial growth of Piricularia oryzae,with the inhibition rate being up to 50.0%.The compound F2 ranks second,and its inhibition rate is 42.3%.The field control effect on leaf blasts is consistent with the inhibitory activity of the indoor experiment.The Chinese herbal compound with the best control effect is F3,followed by F2,and their control effects are 39.3% and 33.7%,respectively,which are significantly lower than the control effect of the chemical agent,namely emulsifiable 40% isoprothiolane on rice leaf blast(71.2%).
