乡村振兴背景下湖南村域乡村产业发展研究

Research on Rural Industry Development in Hunan Village Areas Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

振兴乡村产业的落脚点在村(社区),加快推进村域乡村产业兴旺,可进一步夯实乡村产业振兴的基础。通过梳理湖南村域总体发展特点、村域产业生产要素现状特点以及村域乡村产业产出情况,分析湖南村域乡村产业发展的障碍因素,进而提出促进湖南村域乡村产业发展的对策建议。针对湖南村域乡村产业发展面临的农村劳动力的数量和质量都在下降,乡村产业发展缺乏资金、融资乏力,农业科技创新资源结构性矛盾突出,农业科研与农业生产结合不够紧密等问题,提出了强化人才支撑、金融支撑和科技支撑等对策建议。

The foothold of revitalizing rural industries is in the village(community),and accelerating the prosperity of rural industries within village areas can further consolidate the foundation of rural industry revitalization.By sorting out overall development characteristics of Hunan village areas,current characteristics of production factors of industries within village areas and the output level of rural industries within village areas,the study analyzed the obstacles to rural industry development in Hunan village areas,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote rural industry development in Hunan village areas.In view of problems faced by rural industry development in Hunan village areas,such as the declining quantity and quality of the rural labor force,lack of funds and weak financing in rural industry development,prominent structural contradictions in agricultural scientific and technological innovation resources,and insufficient integration between agricultural scientific research and agricultural production,the study put forward countermeasures and suggestions like strengthening talent support,financial support,and scientific and technological support.
