国家文化数字化战略下红色档案文化传播体系建设研究

Research on the Development of Cultural Communication System of Red Archives under the Strategy of Cultural Digitization

红色档案蕴含着丰富的文化元素和红色基因,是促进文化自信、维护主流意识形态安全的重要资源。国家文化数字化战略的提出为推动红色档案文化传播提供了契机,红色档案文化需要通过融入国家战略、创新呈现方式、传承红色精神、释放多元价值、增进交流互鉴等方式,不断增强传播力、表现力、感染力、引导力和转化力,从而更好地服务国家发展战略。具体来讲,就是在完善由传播主体、传播受众、传播媒介、传播内容、传播效果构成的红色档案文化传播体系的基础上,从坚持文化引领、秉持品质主导、聚焦社会热点、打造传播矩阵、实施数智赋能等方面提升红色档案文化的传播效力和服务效果。

The red archives contain rich cultural factors and red traditions and memories,and are an important resource for promoting cultural self-confidence and maintaining mainstream ideological security.The proposal of the national cultural digitization strategy has provided an opportunity for the development of red archival culture communication,and it is necessary to continuously enhance the dissemination,expression,attractiveness,guidance and transformative role of red archival culture by integrating it into the national strategy,innovating the way of presenting it,inheriting the red spirit,releasing the diversified values,and enhancing exchanges and mutual understanding,so as to better serve the national development strategy.Specifically,on the basis of improving the communication system of red archival culture composed of the main body of communication,the audience,the media,the content and the effect of communication,the communication effectiveness and service effect of red archival culture will be enhanced by adhering to the cultural values,upholding the quality-oriented approach,focusing on the hot spots of the society,building the communication matrix,and implementing the digital intelligence empowerment,and so on.
